Comtec Group has today, 7th November 2018, completed the acquisition of Cablelines Pronet Limited, the branded structured cabling division of A&GP Trading Limited (“A&GP”) for an undisclosed amount.
In making this acquisition we demonstrate our continued commitment to this market and expect the efficiencies it will create by joining these two enterprises together will help maintain our continued investment in service quality.
To make this transaction effective we will, over the next month, be fully integrating the Cablelines business into our existing model through a carefully planned process aimed at ensuring consent and participation from all parties.

Following the successful transition, A&GP will withdraw from the distribution of the branded structured cabling products.
