The Prysmian SRS4000 Splice and Patch Upgrade Kits are used to increase the capacity of splice and patch modules that have been supplied empty or partially populated in a sub-rack. The SRS4000 Panel can accept 2 additional modules per 1U chassis.
- Splice Only Modules - used for direct splicing of connectorised pigtails or joining cables, available for standard and blown fibre or jacketed tails
- Splitter Modules - used to mount pre-connectorised splitters onto adaptor panels, available in 1x2, 1x4, 1x8, 1x16 & 1x32
- Splice & Patch Upgrade Modules - used to increase capacity of partially populated panels, adaptor plate with adaptors and pigtails pre-loaded
- Patch Only Upgrade Modules - used to increase capacity of partially loaded panels, adaptor plate with adaptors pre-loaded
- All kits available in Singlemode (/UPC or /APC) and Multimode (/UPC)
- Available in FC, E2000, LC, SC and ST connectivity
- NOTE : for 48 fibre SC or LC 1U modules 2.0mm diameter patch cords are recommended
- ARS cable anchors used to install additional cables onto the SRS series shelf - suitable for 3000 & 4000 series panels
- Aramid restraint kits used to anchor patch leads on splice only modules and can provide strain relief up to 8kg - suitable for 3000 & 4000 series panels
