The Verticasa Cable Stripping Tool (VCST) is typically used in multi dwelling units or office fibre cabling systems where extractable fibre cables like the Prysmian Verticasa cable range have been installed. It is used to create a longitudinal window cut on the cable. The window cut will allow to access the fibre modules inside the cable

• Compact, safe, easy to handle
• Designed to expose the cable elements without any damage to the fibres
• With the dedicated adaptors supplied, the VCST is suitable to be used with the 12, 24 or 48 fibre Verticasa cables, measuring 8.5mm, 12.5mm and 14.5mm in diameter
• For use only for cables with lateral GRP strength members embedded in the sheath
• Suitable to perform a window on a cable or to strip the cable at a cable butt without any length limitations
