OPT Minicable Sheath Stripper (1 Products)

The OPT stripper longitudinally slits the minicable sheath in diametrically opposite locations to expose the individual multi-fibre elements. The stripper can have either a single or double cassette to cater for different minicable diameters

• The interchangeable anodised tool cassettes and covers are attached to a universal handle
• The handle locking mechanism ensures the tool remains closed during the sheath slitting operation
• The yellow label signifies 7.2mm diameter cable (typically a 96f Prysmian cable)
• The green label is used on a 6.5mm diameter cable (typically a 72f Corning or 96f Sterlite cable)
• Supplied with 2 cassettes (7.2/6.5mm) yellow/green label
• A wrist strap and user instructions are supplied with each tool
